On entering the property through a wooden Andalusian door you are in the large kitchen with fitted units, including dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas range type cooker with extractor above and dining table and chairs. To the far end of the kitchen is a scullery with matching units. Opposite is a fully tiled bathroom with vanity, toilet and large walk in thermostaticaly controlled shower. Lighting in both the kitchen and bathroom are controllable via remote control to obtain the desired lighting effect that you require.
Moving on we enter the Lounge which has a feature fireplace with working wood burner. Next to the lounge is a double bedroom, then a walk in wardrobe/changing area. There are a further two double bedrooms, one with a sofabed which becomes a second lounge when not used as a bedroom. This Cave is suited to either a lock up and leave holiday home, or a full time live in. Internet is available as the equipment has been purchased from the supplier, and belongs to the cave.
