The house is situated in a small hamlet 7 km to Lubrin where all basic amenities can be found. There is a bar / restaurant within walking distance. The beaches of Almeria can be found at 45 minutes.
To access the property is a track which is in good shape which leads directly to a concrete paved driveway where you have ample space to fit various cars. There are three diferent ways to the inside of the property, the first is from the top of the driveway where there is an fly free enclosure which then opens into the living room. You can also access through the main door which opens into a hallway by the kitchen. There is also an entrance for BNB side of the house which is accessed from some stairs on to the first floor.
From the driveway you have a lovely patio area with an abobe ground swimming pool and a wooden terraced area which also overlooks the lovely mountaion ranges of Lubrin. The fly fre enclosure offers a lovely seating area to enjoy the views, double sliding doors then open into the living room with air conditioning and a wood burner. On the left there is a large shower room. In addition to this bathroom, there is an air-conditioned bedroom. A slope from here leads to the main hallway. From the living room some stairs lead down to a fully fitted kitchen with a gas hob, integrated oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and high quality units. From the main hallway there is an air-conditioned bedroom to the right, following down the hallway is an a dining room with hot & cold air conditioning (which could be another bedroom or left as the dining room) Another ramp then leads to an office with hot & cold air contioning.
From the office some stairs go up to the BNB side of the house which can be completely shut off from the main house itself. As you go up the stairs is a fitted kitchen with an integral dining area, various units, fridge / freezer and stairs leading up to the first floor. On the first floor there is a well sized living area, 3 double bedrooms (one with fitted wardrobes) and a well sized bathroom. There is also a large roof terrace where you can enjoy the views of the surrounding mountain ranges.
The first floor of this property is fully insulated so you would have no issue with the weather in summer or winter. There is also solar power for the property but with no batteries and it has a water softner + osmosis system. All of the rooms have hot & cold air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. All of the door on the downstairs of the house are wheelchair friendly so you have access to go anywhere you like.
This lovely house also counts with a "Rural Home" permit which allows you to rent out the first floor without any issue.
